What are your fees?
Fees are based on the “Package” you choose and can range from as low as $25 a month to whatever your budget can afford. You can even put a monthly cap on fees. See Package Pricing Information or call/email us for a quote.

Do you carry insurance coverage?
Yes.  We are fully insured and bonded.

Is there a contract?
A 6-12 month service agreement will get you the best rates but certainly you are welcome to pick and choose the time frame and services needed, again call/email us for a quote.

I only want the exterior checked and the security of my home verified, do you do that? 
Yes, anything to do with the inspection of your property. No item is too big or small; sometimes the small things count more than major ones.

If I have a question, who/where do I contact?

Should we turn off the water heater when we leave?
Yes, either unplug the water heater or turn the circuit breaker off. There is no need to run the water heater.

How should we set the temperature and humidistat?
The air conditioner should be set on "cool" and "auto" with a temperature of 80 degrees. The humidistat should be set at 65% or as directed by the manufacturer. Heat should be set at 50 degrees.

Should we empty the refrigerator and turn it off?
That is the ideal situation, but frequently not practical. If you must leave it running, remember to shut off the ice maker and remove all foods/beverages that may spoil before your anticipated return.

How should we prepare the dishwasher and garbage disposal?
No special preparation is necessary. We will run the dishwasher through a rinse and hold every week to prevent the seals/traps from drying out and to prevent unpleasant odors. We also run the garbage disposer briefly each week for the same reasons.

Will you monitor service companies such as pool service and lawn care while we are away?
Yes, any problems will be promptly reported to you. You should determine before your departure if the pool service company will maintain the water level and if your lawn care company will be responsible for trimming trees and shrubs, weeding flower beds, or snow removal in winter.

Can you provide referral serves if we need work done while
we are away?
Yes, we have a large resource of contractors and vendors that we have worked with and can recommend as reliable.

How can we prevent insect infestations while we are away?
Make sure there are no open food containers of any type left in cupboards or closets. Containers should be hard plastic containers or in the refrigerator. If you use a service, have them spray inside just before you leave and place mouse traps around the house.
