Rates for Standard Service Package

 

There are three basic month-to-month home watch rate plans offered by JR Home Watch Services, LLC for this package.  Clients who elect to sign a six or more month contract will receive a discount.     The rates are as follows:

 

PLAN                 NUMBER OF CHECKS                    RATE/DISC. 

Bronze:            One check per month                $45.00 /$35.00

Silver:             Two checks per month               $90.00 /$70.00

Gold:               Four checks per month            $180.00/$140.00

 

*Additional Services will be charged at the rate of $25.00 per hour, to include travel time, with a one hour minimum charge.

* Mileage is included in all visit fees for up to 30 miles. Travel over 30 miles will be billed at the rate of $0.40 per mile, per visit. 

 

 

 

Rates for Concierge Service Package

 

JR Home Watch Services, LLC offers a per service rate plan for this package.  Clients who elect to sign a six or more month Standard Service contract will receive a discount.  The rate is as follows:

 

PLAN                 NUMBER OF ITEMS                    RATE/DISC. 

Per Service:           One Service                      $25.00 /$15.00

 

*Purchases made to perform a particular service will be charged separately in addition to the rate and will be for the actual cost of the purchase, including applicable taxes. 

* Mileage is included in all rate fees for up to 30 miles. Travel over 30 miles will be billed at the rate of $0.40 per mile, per visit.

 

Rates for Arrival & Departure Service Package

 

JR Home Watch Services, LLC also offers three basic per service home watch rate plans for this package.  Clients who elect to sign a six month Standard Service Package contract  will receive a discount.  The rates are as follows:

Bronze:                  Arrival Only                       $25.00 /$15.00

Silver:                    Departure Only                  $25.00 /$15.00

Gold:                  Arrival and Departure            $50.00/$30.00
